Return & Refund Policy

- Return and Exchange requests are accepted upto 7 days from the date when you receive the items. 

- Return requests are accepted on full price items only. Sale items are not returnable. 

- Exchange requests on discounted / sale items are accepted upto 7 days from the date when you receive the items.

- Items sent to us for return or exchange will be subject to thorough quality check. A request for return or exchange will only be taken forward if the items are sent back to us in good condition, with the tags intact. 

- Makeup stains, perfume stains or smell, body odour, detergent odour, cuts, rips, tears and changes of similar nature will be treated as damage to the product and such products will not be accepted for return or exchange request. 

- To return or exchange an item, kindly courier it back to the address shared with you by our sales helpline on contact details mentioned above.

- Incase you are not able to courier the returnable / exchangeable items yourself and would like us to arrange a pick from your address on your behalf, we shall deduct courier charges from your order value to compensate for the cost borne by us.
