- Exchange requests are accepted up to 7 days from the date when you receive the items only on Fresh Items.

- Refund requests are not entertained either or full price or sale items

- To request for exchange of an item, kindly contact us on

- Items sent to us for exchange will be subject to thorough quality check. A request for exchange will only be taken forward if the items are sent back to us in good condition, with the tags intact. (Note: Courier Charges apply*)

- Makeup stains, perfume stains or smell, body odour, detergent odour, cuts, rips, tears and changes of similar nature will be treated as damage to the product and such products will not be accepted for exchange.
