3.3 Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error or typographical mistake on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly in such cases. Acceptance of an order does not constitute a binding agreement if a clear pricing error is present.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
4. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
All products and services displayed on www.geneslecoanethemant.com constitute an "invitation to offer". Your placing of an order constitutes your "offer" to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order via email or other communication. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, without liability.

Genes Lecoanet Hemant will not be liable for any credit card or payment fraud; the liability for fraudulent use of a payment method rests entirely with the user.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, phone, or live chat. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 1 business day of cancellation confirmation and will reflect in your account as per the timelines stated in our Refund Policy.
6.2 Cancellation by Genes Lecoanet Hemant
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
• Out of stock or inventory unavailability
• Pricing errors or technical errors on the website
• Suspected fraud or failure to pass payment security checks
• Inability to verify shipping address or contact details
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified via email.
6.3 Gift Cards
Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded. An extension of the expiry date may be requested within 3 days of purchase by contacting customer support.

• Colour inaccuracies due to monitor calibration or display settings.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the order value paid by you for the affected product.
Notwithstanding the above, we accept full responsibility for orders shipped via our nominated private courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.) to major cities.
