Exchange is permitted only once per order. Once an item has been exchanged, no further exchange will be allowed on the replacement item.

Refunds: Processed only after the product passes QC at our warehouse.

In cases of wrong, defective, or damaged items, unboxing video at the time of receiving the product is required as a valid proof for valid exchange or return requests.
