A cropped tailored jacket that holds its structure at the shoulder and lets the sleeves go loose. The shawl collar runs deep to a single button at the waistband tab, leaving the front open in a long V. Ostrich feather raffia fringe, scattered with sequins and fine beads, works down the lower sleeve and falls past the cuff.
